After-sale Warranty

Hello! Thank you for your patronage of Sirivision Communication products! In order to protect your rights, please read the following carefully.

Warranty content

The warranty replacement is limited to the host, and the packaging and accessories such as various connections, software products, and technical data are not covered by the warranty replacement. For the warranty period of specific products, please go to the “Warranty Inquiry” for inquiries.

If there are equipment performance problems within 15 days after the product is purchased, and the appearance is not scratched, the product can be directly replaced with a new product based on the test results of the Sirivision Communication after-sales network.

During the free warranty and replacement period, based on the test results of the after-sales network of Sirivision Communication, the same model or a good repaired product with equivalent performance will be replaced.

When our service agency serves you, please bring the corresponding invoice and product warranty card; if you cannot present the above proof, the free warranty period of the product will be calculated from its production date. If the product is repaired for a fee, the same performance problem will enjoy a free warranty period of three months from the date of repair, please request and keep your repair certificate.

Products that have been replaced and guaranteed by Sirivision Communication will enjoy the remaining period of the original promised warranty plus a three-month warranty period.

Parts replacement, warranty content

The warranty period of wireless external antenna and optical fiber head components is 3 months.

The warranty period of the external power supply is one year, the warranty period of the battery is six months, and the warranty period of the mouse is three months. Broken feet, serious deformation, damaged power cords, broken wires, bare cores, etc. will not be guaranteed for replacement, and users can purchase them separately.

The following situations do not belong to the scope of free replacement warranty

  • Has exceeded the warranty period, warranty period;
  • Product failure or damage caused by installation, use, maintenance and storage not in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual;
  • Altering or tearing up product barcodes without authorization;
  • Without the permission of Sirivision Communication, modify the inherent setting files or disassemble the machine for repair without authorization;
  • Product damage caused by accidental factors or human behavior, such as inappropriate voltage input, high temperature, water ingress, mechanical damage, breakage, severe oxidation or rust of the product, etc.;
  • Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading during the return from the customer for repair;
  • Product failure or damage caused by force majeure such as earthquake, fire, flood, lightning strike, etc.;
  • Other failures or damages not caused by the design, technology, manufacturing, quality and other problems of the product itself.

Maintenance method

  1. When the product you purchased fails, you can go to the place where the product was purchased with valid certificates such as the purchase invoice and warranty card and request to apply for the warranty replacement service on your behalf. Since Sirivision communication products are guaranteed nationwide, when you cannot contact the dealer, you can directly contact our local offices or the company’s customer service department.
  2. Distributors who distribute Sirivision Communication products apply to Sirivision Communication Office or Headquarters for warranty service on behalf of customers. In the case that the new product can be directly replaced in accordance with the warranty and replacement regulations, the dealer can directly replace the new product for the customer, and in other cases, the dealer will replace the customer after the replacement of the repaired spare parts by Sirivision Communication.
  3. The customer or the distributor shall bear the freight for sending the repaired product to Sirivision Communication, and Sirivision Communication shall bear the freight of sending the repaired product to the customer or the distributor.

Special statement

  1. This warranty will be implemented from January 1, 2019, and is applicable to products purchased after January 1, 2019. Products purchased before January 1, 2019 are subject to the warranty policy indicated on the original product warranty card.
  2. The above service commitment is only applicable to the Sirivision communication products sold by our company in mainland China. If the after-sales service terms are separately agreed upon when the product is sold, the contract confirmed by Sirivision Communication shall prevail.
  3. Our company does not assume any responsibility for other commitments made by the dealer to the customer that are not guaranteed by Sirivision.Remarks: Within the scope of national laws and regulations, the right to interpret and modify this commitment belongs to Shenzhen Sirivision Communication Technology Co., Ltd.
